Can I switch plans mid-year?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time and we will pro-rate the difference for the remainder of your billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal date.
Do you offer monthly billing?
All plans are billed annually to provide the best value. For Enterprise customers, we can arrange quarterly invoicing upon request.
Is there a free trial?
We offer a 14-day preview of the Verified Professional tier so you can experience real-time compliance monitoring and priority matching before committing.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, ACH bank transfers, and wire transfers. Enterprise customers can also pay via purchase order with NET-30 terms.
What happens if my compliance documents expire?
Our system sends automated reminders 60, 30, and 7 days before expiration. If a document lapses, your Verified badge is paused until updated documents are uploaded and re-verified.
